Already we have raised and volunteered in excess of €200,000 across our 16 global offices. That keeps us very much on track to hit our ambitious €1 million target by the end of 2018.
This is why at the start of 2016 Morgan McKinley, M3S, La Creme and Accreate - all together as Morgan McKinley Group - took up a new challenge: to contribute the equivalent of a million euros to charities and worthy causes across our global footprint of offices by the end of 2018. We called it the Morgan McKinley Million.
Roughly two-thirds of the nearly 1,000 respondents to the survey stated that they felt obliged to work longer than their contracted hours. Notably around 80% of those who said they worked beyond their contracted hours felt more productive during this time, which is good news for Singapore employers.

The latest Working Hours Survey from professional services recruiter Morgan McKinley reveals that while the majority of professionals in Singapore work longer than their contracted hours, the situation has eased substantially compared to 2014. Moreover, many employers are now offering more flexible working arrangements. Roughly two-thirds of the nearly 1,000 respondents to the survey stated that they felt obliged to work longer than their contracted hours.
